Classic Beef Hor Fun

Ingredients:

250g beef sirloin, thinly sliced
200g hor fun noodles
1 onion, sliced
2 cloves of garlic, minced
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp dark soy sauce
1 tsp sugar
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup beef broth
2 tbsp vegetable oil

Steps:

Marinate the beef slices with soy sauce, oyster sauce, dark soy sauce, sugar, salt, and pepper for at least 30 minutes.
Heat vegetable oil in a wok or pan over medium-high heat.
Add garlic and onion, and stir-fry until fragrant.
Add marinated beef slices and cook until browned.
Add hor fun noodles and beef broth, and stir-fry until noodles are heated through.
Adjust seasoning with soy sauce, salt, and pepper if needed.

1 tbsp dark soy sauce

2 tbsp vegetable oil

Marinate the beef slices with soy sauce, oyster sauce, dark soy sauce, sugar, salt, and pepper for at least 30 minutes.
