Classic Chinese Fried Rice

Ingredients:
– 2 cups cooked rice
– 2 eggs, beaten
– 1 cup diced vegetables (such as carrots, peas, and bell peppers)
– 1/2 cup diced protein (such as chicken, shrimp, or tofu)
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 2 tablespoons soy sauce
– 1 tablespoon sesame oil
– Salt and pepper to taste

Steps:
1. Heat a wok or large skillet over medium heat and add a tablespoon of oil.
2. Add the beaten eggs and scramble until cooked through. Remove from the pan and set aside.
3. In the same pan, add another tablespoon of oil and sauté the garlic until fragrant.
4. Add the diced protein and cook until browned.
5. Add the diced vegetables and cook until tender.
6. Add the cooked rice to the pan and stir to combine with the vegetables and protein.
