1 block of firm tofu, cubed
1/4 cup of ground pork
2 tablespoons of doubanjiang (spicy bean paste)
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1 tablespoon of soy sauce
1 tablespoon of Sichuan peppercorns
1/2 cup of chicken broth
2 green onions, chopped

Directions:

Heat some oil in a wok or skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic and ground pork, and cook until the pork is browned.
Add the doubanjiang and Sichuan peppercorns, and stir fry for a minute until fragrant.
Stir in the tofu and chicken broth, and simmer for about 5 minutes until the tofu is heated through.
