Classic Pumpkin Spice Cake

Ingredients:

– 2 cups all-purpose flour
– 1 1/2 cups sugar
– 1 tsp baking powder
– 1/2 tsp baking soda
– 1/2 tsp salt
– 1 tsp cinnamon
– 1/2 tsp nutmeg
– 1/4 tsp cloves
– 1/4 tsp ginger
– 1 cup pumpkin puree
– 1/2 cup vegetable oil
– 2 eggs
– 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
2. In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and ginger.
3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the pumpkin puree, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract.

Instructions:

2. In a small bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan.
