1 cup diced mewatch
1 bell pepper, sliced
1 onion, sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon sesame oil
Salt and pepper to taste


Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add diced mewatch and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
Add bell pepper, onion, and garlic to the skillet and cook until vegetables are tender, about 5 minutes.
Drizzle soy sauce over the stir-fry and toss to combine.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve hot and enjoy!
